Seraj joined the Index & ETFs team at L&G's Asset Management business in September 2025 focusing on the Fixed Income product range. He supports client engagement and AUM growth by articulating fund strategy and performance, collaborating on investment development, and owning the creation of fund materials including pitchbooks and market commentary. Prior to this, he joined the business in October 2022 and worked as a Senior Performance Analyst within the Retail & MI Performance team, focusing on performance and attribution reporting across active strategies, index, multi-asset, and solutions, alongside leading performance change initiatives. Seraj holds a First Class BA in Business Economics and a Distinction in MSc Economics from the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2022.
