Matt soffair

Matt is a senior research manager in L&G Real Assets global research and investment strategy team. Matt focuses on market insights, tactical views and long-term thematic trends across global real estate sectors.

He leads the team's research capabilities across Residential (including Build-to-Rent, Student Accommodation and Affordable Housing), Retail and Hospitality sectors and is responsible for market research, driving strategic operational initiatives and guiding investment strategy.

Matt joined L&G in 2018, having spent over seven years at specialist consultancy, CACI. At CACI, Matt worked with over 45 operators across housing, retail and leisure sectors informing their property and customer acquisition strategies.
