Naomi Kroloff is an Investment Stewardship Analyst at L&G – Asset Management, America. In her role, she supports the execution and promotion of the US active ownership activities (proxy voting, direct company engagements and collaborations).
Naomi joined the firm in 2023. Prior to this, Naomi was a Trade & Investment Officer, Clean Energy and Infrastructure at the UK Department for International Trade where she created and account-managed a pipeline of US renewable energy companies interested in international expansion.
Naomi also spent time as an Account Coordinator at Ketchum London where she implemented consumer campaigns and secured coverage for various clients in a wide range of national and regional media.
Naomi earned a BA in French Language and Literature with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.
