Paula leads teams across L&G’s Retail and Asset Management businesses to create and deliver a clear commercial, client and customer-centric strategic vision.

Paula is passionate about leading and transforming businesses through data technology, client and customer experiences, drawing on her over 20 years of financial services experience to do so. 

In her previous role as Retail’s Chief Customer & Strategy Officer and CEO of Financial Advice, she led a diverse function that included the direct-to-consumer protection, annuities and lifetime mortgage businesses, regulated advice, plus the business strategy, customer insight, marketing and technology teams. ​
