In her previous role as Retail’s Chief Customer & Strategy Officer and CEO of Financial Advice, she led a diverse function that included the direct-to-consumer protection, annuities and lifetime mortgage businesses, regulated advice, plus the business strategy, customer insight, marketing and technology teams. ​
