Madeleine was appointed Head of Research & Engagement for Investments in 2022.

Her main responsibilities are leading the Global Research and Engagement Groups within L&G’s Asset Management division and co-ordinating the development of ESG analytics across active portfolios.

Prior to this role, Madeleine was Co-Head of Global Investment Grade Research, having originally joined the firm in 2015 as a Senior Credit analyst covering the telecoms, media and technology sectors.

Before she joined the business, Madeleine worked as a sell-side credit analyst at investment banks Credit Suisse, HSBC and Barclays Capital.

Madeleine graduated from the London School of Economics and holds a first-class BSc in business mathematics and statistics.
