Ali is Head of Impact Strategies and Senior Fund Manager of the Legal & General Affordable Housing Fund. Ali previously managed a large, segregated client mandate, investing in all regions and sectors of the UK real estate market. Ali joined L&G in 2015 where she undertook the role of Assistant Fund Manager for the Managed Property Fund, L&G’s flagship £3.5bn balance property sector strategy. Prior to Legal & General, Ali held the position of senior surveyor at JLL in the Capital Markets Team advising clients on UK real estate transactions. Ali graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Sussex and is a RICS chartered surveyor (MRICS).
