Patrick leads the origination, structuring and underwriting of UK & European Real Estate Debt on behalf of L&G Asset Management’s external and internal investors.

He regularly updates and feeds into the team’s on-going thematic driven investment strategy.

Patrick joined the team in 2021 from NatWest’s Structured Finance division, where he focused on large loan underwriting, complex senior investment & development loans and speculative financings.

Patrick graduated from the University of Southampton and holds a BSc (hons) in Economics & Management Sciences.
