Chloe re-joined L&G in 2025, working in the Venture Capital team investing in companies that commercialise academic research across semiconductors, quantum computing, AI, space tech, climate tech, and health tech. She previously worked at British Patient Capital (BPC), leading deep tech investments and helping to build a portfolio of 31 growth-stage companies. She has been a board-level representative in several growth-stage deep tech companies, and draws from her prior experience as a fundraising and M&A advisor in the semiconductor and telecoms industry. Prior to BPC she worked on health tech investments at L&G, playing a role in managing the ADV portfolio. She is a fellow of the UK government’s Science and Technology Venture Capital Programme, which aims to develop the next generation of leaders in the country’s deep tech and life sciences ecosystem. She is a CFA charterholder and holds a chemistry degree from the University of Oxford.
