Tara Lee is a Senior Analyst in L&G’s Investment Stewardship team. She leads stewardship efforts for the Real Estate sector, overseeing research, engagement, and voting activities. Tara also plays a key role in integrating stewardship into the firm’s engagement-led investing strategy – an approach that supports companies in creating long-term shareholder value while reducing emissions and advancing the energy transition.

Tara joined L&G’s Asset Management business in 2023 from BlackRock, where she was part of the Investment Stewardship team based in Sydney, Australia. She was responsible for research, engagement, and voting across the Australia, New Zealand, and India markets.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales.
