Dror joined the investment stewardship team within L&G’s Asset Management division in 2021, where he leads engagements with the energy and mining sectors and oversees the development of L&G’s ESG scores and related data initiatives across the investment stewardship function.

Before joining L&G, Dror was at Georgeson, a boutique corporate advisory firm, where he advised investors and corporates on shareholder engagement strategies, including preparations for general meetings, proxy contests, and M&A both in the UK and globally.

Prior to Georgeson, Dror spent nearly five years at Bloomberg as an ESG specialist, where his responsibilities included developing Bloomberg’s ESG product, engaging with clients, and managing data.

Dror graduated from Bar-Ilan University in 2012 with a BA in economics and business management and earned his CFA charter in 2019.
