Nambassa is responsible for working with our clients to implement Fixed Income solutions including Liability Driven Investment and Buy and Maintain Credit solutions, with a focus on ESG aspects.

She joined Legal & General’s Asset Management division in 2024, from Allspring Global Investments (Wells Fargo Asset Management), where she was a Senior Solutions Analyst. This involved working with clients throughout EMEA, including pensions schemes, insurance companies and wealth managers, to implement solutions. Prior to that, she was Lead Investment Associate at Willis Towers Watson in the Insurance Investment Team.

Nambassa holds an MSc Statistics from the London School of Economics, as well as an MA African Studies from SOAS University of London, is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG investing.
