Shichen Zhao

Shichen Zhao is a Thematic Research Analyst within the Index Solutions team at L&G Asset Management, where she contributes to the development, enhancement and growth of L&G's thematic equity ETF range through equity research, investment strategy design, portfolio construction and analytics.

Prior to joining L&G Asset Management in 2023, Shichen worked as a Fundamental Equity Research Analyst at Candriam, specialising in global emerging markets and thematic investment strategies.

Shichen holds an MSc in Management from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA Charterholder.
