Elena Cardella has joined L&G’s Asset Management division as Head of Index & ETF Investment Specialists, covering both equity and fixed income strategies. She brings over 20 years of experience across global asset managers, working with institutional and wholesale client audiences. Prior to joining L&G, she was Head of Global Fixed Income Investment Specialists at Amundi, where she represented global investment strategies. Previously, she held senior roles at BlackRock, including Head of Fixed Income Manager Research and Fundamental Product Strategist, contributing to business development, solutions design and product launches. She began her career at J.P. Morgan and BlueBay Asset Management and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
