Jon leads on the commercial and structural aspects of our pension risk transactions. He has helped many pension schemes successfully achieve their de-risking objectives, ensuring a smooth, efficient and flexible approach to risk transfer.

[This includes our £4.8 billion full scheme buy-in with the Boots Pension Scheme, where a key feature was delivering a solution for the Scheme’s illiquid asset holdings. Jon also works closely with our Asset Management division to support clients in exploring endgame approaches ahead of a transaction.]

Over the last 25 years Jon has held roles at several consultancies and joined L&G in 2015, initially working in our Asset Management division. Jon is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
