Jayesh is Head of UK DC Distribution, responsible for L&G’s DC Workplace, IOP and institutional client relationships. Jayesh joined L&G in January 2024 and was previously Co-Head of the DC Consulting Team at WTW where he was responsible for the UK DC Consulting Team’s client, colleague and financial management. He has 20 years of experience in DC pensions and has worked as the lead consultant for a number of large corporate and trustee clients, providing clear and strategic advice on all areas of their DC pension plans including scheme design, investment strategy, financial wellbeing, retirement support and governance.
