Francis Chua is a multi-asset fund manager within L&G Asset Management’s Asset Allocation team, where he plays a central role in shaping and delivering the firm’s retail investment strategy.

In his capacity as lead fund manager for Legal & General's Model Portfolio Service (MPS) and Multi-Manager funds, and co-manager on the award-winning Multi-Index range, Francis has responsibility for oversight and management, ensuring the portfolios remain aligned with client outcomes and regulatory standards.

Prior to joining Legal & General, Francis worked at Aviva, where he specialised in designing and implementing investment strategies with an emphasis on financial risk management, manager due diligence, and in-depth asset class research.

Francis holds a degree from the University of Warwick and is both a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a CFA charterholder.
