Viraj Nadgir is a Senior Fixed Income Investment Specialist within the Global Fixed Income team at L&G Asset Management, specialising in Emerging Market Debt strategies.

He joined L&G in 2021 and has more than 15 years of investment industry experience. In his role, Viraj works closely with portfolio managers, clients and distribution teams, helping to communicate investment strategy, portfolio positioning and market insights across a broad range of fixed income and emerging market debt solutions.

Prior to joining L&G, Viraj was a Fixed Income Investment Specialist at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he focused on US Investment Grade fixed income strategies.

Earlier in his career, he worked in the Debt Capital Markets team at Royal Bank of Scotland. Viraj holds an MA in Finance from the University of Mumbai and is a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing holder.
