Tony became Head of Active Fixed Income Quantitative Solutions in 2024 with a primary focus on alpha squared and multi-strategy mandates. Prior to this, he had overall responsibility for the quantitative work in L&G's global bond strategies team where he developed in-house quantitative models used in asset allocation, trading and risk management. Tony joined L&G in November 2010 from Credit Suisse Securities where he had a summer internship in the fixed income division. Previously, Tony worked for L&G's fixed income department from July 2009 to June 2010. Tony graduated with distinction from the London School of Economics with an MSc in Finance in June 2009. He also has a bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore.
