Jonathan is a Senior Responsible Investment Analyst focusing on integrating ESG factors into both the active research process and portfolio construction.

Previously Jonathan worked as a Fixed Income Investment Specialist in the Asset Management division of L&G covering European investment grade and global high yield products.

Jonathan joined L&G from BlackRock where he worked as a Transitions Portfolio Manager and prior to this within the Client Solutions practice focusing on bespoke investment solutions for UK pension schemes.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Nottingham with an honours degree in economics and following this he earned an MSc in finance and development, with distinction, from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).

More recently he completed a MSc in corporate responsibility and sustainability at Birkbeck College (University of London), graduating with Distinction.

Jonathan also holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder.
