Suzanne is the Head of Climate Engagement Analytics in L&G's Asset Management division. Her work is focused on developing engagement strategies to support companies in creating value for shareholders while reducing emissions and supporting the energy transition.

Suzanne joined L&G in 2023 from McKinsey & Company and Vivid Economics, advising companies in the extractive and financial sectors on climate-related issues.

She holds an MSc in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
