Suzanne is the Head of Climate Engagement Analytics in L&G's Asset Management division. Her work is focused on developing engagement strategies to support companies in creating value for shareholders while reducing emissions and supporting the energy transition.

Suzanne joined L&G in 2023 from McKinsey & Company and Vivid Economics, advising companies in the extractive and financial sectors on climate-related issues.

She holds an MSc in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Climate Action– two years on

Two years ago, L&G and AP7 partnered to invest in high emissions companies and engaged with them to drive their emissions down over time, in an effort to combine climate impact with shareholder value creation.
